How to I set up the sync?

Here are the steps:

  1. In Odoo, go to customers > items. Create a new service item called merchant fees.
  2. In Connex Ecommerce, go to rules engine.
    1. Add new rule
    2. Title: Map merchant fee item name
    3. Action: Map merchant fee item name
    4. Conditions > Order number is not *
    5. Value Merchant Fees.
  3. Go to Connex Ecommerce settings > orders to accounting > transaction type and choose summary payout. This instructs Connex to pull the payout.
  4. Under summary order settings, choose merge refunds and order date month. This instructs Connex to create one summary sale combining refunds:
