When do Amazon sales sync?

Missing Amazon sales? These article will help.

In Connex, you can set three order statuses:

Status Ideal Not Ideal
None Paid and shipped orders. This is the default setting with Connex. Amazon FBA sales that are paid on terms. If you settlement report says deferred next to payment method, these sales will fail to export.
Unshipped Download a list of sales by their purchase date. Ideal to relieve inventory on the date of the order. Connex uses the Amazon all orders report. Need to download sales by their date shipped.
Shipped Download a list of shipped orders regardless of payment status. Ideal if you sync Amazon FBA orders on terms. Need to wait for sales to be paid before downloading them. Need to pull sales by their date purchased.

Where do I download these reports?

You can download spreadsheets of these reports under Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders section, where you can choose a date range and include records new or updated in that period.
