Can I sync Amazon FBA sales prior to payment?

Missing Amazon sales? These article will help.

Connex waits for sales to reach paid status, before we let customers download them. If you sell on Amazon FBA, Amazon allows you to make payments by invoice on terms. These orders will fail to appear, when you query them by date.

If you split Amazon shipments, you will receive on part of the sale in your accounting system. If you split an Amazon order and give it the same ship date, then part of the sale will fail.

In these cases, you must instruct Connex to download the Amazon all orders report, known as the GET_FLAT_FILE_ALL_ORDERS_DATA_BY_ORDER_DATE_GENERAL report. This report will download sales by their purchase date.

This report includes FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders.

  1. Login to Connex.

  2. Click settings.
  3. Click orders to accounting.
  4. In the order status field, enter unshipped and unpaid. Unpaid will download the all orders new order updated report.

You can download spreadsheets of these reports under Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders section, where you can choose a date range and include records new or updated in that period.
