Can I use the sandbox?

Yes, when you pair Connex enter this URL instead of paytrace.com: https://stage-api.tracear.app/api/v3.1/site/

By default we use the production environment.

How do I pair?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click add new selling channel.
  3. Choose Paytrace AR.
  4. Enter your site ID and token from Paytrace. Contact Paytrace to get these details.

What touchpoints do you offer?

Here is the workflow:

  1. Sync unpaid invoices from your accounting system to Paytrace AR.
  2. Sync payments from Paytrace AR to your accounting system.

  1. Can you do a two way sync? Yes, we can perform a two way sync of invoices and payments.
  2. Can you sync payments from Paytrace? Yes, we can sync the payments.
  3. Is the sync automatic? Yes, your QuickBooks Enterprise web connector can run on auto sync. We recommend running the web connector from a local machine for an automatic sync.
  4. Does customer data and line items sync? Yes, we create a carbon copy of the invoice.
  5. Does your tool work with other accounting and ERP systems? Yes, we work with Sage, QuickBooks, Netsuite and others.
  6. Can a non-software developer pair the integration? Yes, the integration is point and click. First, login to QuickBooks as admin and open the company file. Log into Connex. Add Paytrace. Pair QuickBooks.
  7. How long does set-up take? This can usually be installed in an hour or less.
