Getting Started with ShipHero
How to sync ShipHero and Connex
How do I pair ShipHero?
Here are the steps:
Step-by-Step: Generate API Tokens in ShipHero
- Log into your ShipHero account.
- Navigate to My Account > Developer Users.
- Click Add a 3rd Party Developer (top right corner).
- Fill in the developer's details:
- First Name Connex
- Last Name Connex
- Email (must be unique across all users) sales@connexecommerce.com
- Click Add Developer.
Once the developer user is created:
- The Access Token and Refresh Token will be displayed.
- Important: The Access Token is shown only once, so copy and store it securely.
- The Refresh Token can be used to generate new Access Tokens when needed.
Pair Connex
- Login to Connex.
- Click add new connection.
- Choose ShipHero.
- Enter your ShipHero access and refresh token.

We offer a two way order sync between selling channels and ShipHero.
How do the fields map?
Here is a field mapping guide:

ChannelName | Not mapped. Can be used in the rules engine. |
Gift message | Not mapped. Can be used in the rules engine. |

Product.SKU | QuickBooks Item Name or Unique ID. Used to match products between ShipHero and Connex. |
