How do I add taxes to discount codes?

By default, Connex assumes are discounts are non-taxable. If you use QuickBooks Canada, then you must apply a tax code to discounts:

1. Go to the Connex Ecommerce rules engine.
2. Click add new rule.
3. As the title, enter map discount tax.
4. As the action, enter map discount tax code.
5. Enter logic, like if shipping address region equals NB.
6. In the value field, enter the tax code like HST NB 2016.
