  3. Connex sends the Shopify warehouse, if required, and adjusts the quantity on hand field:

How does committed work?

These are a list of Shopify sales that waiting for fulfilment. When you change the status, the committed decreases:

Available is a calculated field. Committed minus on hand equals available.

How do I make available decrease?

Available will decrease, as you mark orders as fulfilled. If you click available, you can make an adjustment, but it will change the quantity on hand field.
