Many web based A/R systems offer basic A/R automation.  Sending invoices and follow ups is a manual process. Some payments fall through the cracks. Trace A/R can automate follow ups and getting paid. Once the sale is fulfilled, you can send the sale to Trace A/R. Here are some screenshots:
