How do I manage products with Connex?

What is the products menu?

All products from all your channels reside in Connex. Here are a list of fields:

• Image (Shopify only)
• Product Name
• Product Description
• Product categories
• Product Type
• SKU
• Channel name
• Unit Price
• Sales Price
• Quantity on Hand
• Quantity on Order
• Average cost (from accounting tool only)

Can I add products manually?

Yes, you can add products that do not exist in any selling channel yet.

How does Connex match products?

We match products by SKU.
