  2. You can create sales or sync data without disrupting the live QuickBooks file.

How do I pair the sandbox?

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to developer.intuit.com and sign up for an account.
  2. Go to https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/sandbox and enable the USA sandbox:
  3. Go back to Connex.
  4. Click connections and add QB Online.
  5. When asked to pair, sign in as the sandbox user.
  6. From there, create invoices and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
  7. In Connex, go to connections.
  8. Go to order settings.
  9. Run a sync from yesterday to today and click save.
  10. They should sync to the orders tab in a few minutes.
