Slow your sync from QuickBooks
Problem
You are unable to sync stock changes from QuickBooks to Shopify
Description
In your log, you get this error:
Error updating product. SKU: SAS-0101. Price: 19.50. Name: UPS ACCT:UPS - Misc.:3115096. Stock -503. Error: {"errors":"Exceeded 2 calls per second for api client. Reduce request rates to resume uninterrupted service."}
Shopify has a speed limit to how fast Connex can make updates.
Solution
Slow Sync
If you use QuickBooks Desktop and web connector 2.0, open your web connector. Slow the auto sync interval to 15 - 30 minutes.
If you ran a manual sync of inventory, please try a day at a time.
