How to integrate Keap with Connex for QuickBooks

What data syncs?

We sync invoices and their associated payments to QuickBooks. If you are interested in a two way sync, please contact support.

How do I integrate?

  1. Obtain a personal access token from Keap.
  2. Log into Connex for QuickBooks.
  3. Click add selling channel.
  4. Choose Keap.
  5. Enter your personal access token.
  6. Click submit.

How do products map?

We map the Keap product stock keeping unit (SKU) to the QuickBooks item name. If you enter no SKU or you enter a line item without a product, then we map the Keap product name. Many Keap users sell a non-inventory part and their product have no SKU. We recommend ensuring your Keap product SKU matches your QuickBooks item name.

  1. In Keap, go to eCommerce and click products.
  2. Click edit, next to each product.
  3. Look up the product in QuickBooks.
  4. Enter your QuickBooks item name in the Keap product SKU field.

How do payment plans map?

If you have a payment plan for 12 orders, the order number is 100 and the order is the 3rd payment, then Connex will add a -2 to the end of the sale. You will have 100, 100-1, and 100-2 as the orders. Connex will map the date of the payment as the order date.

How do the fields map?

Here are the fields:

Id Order Number Open an order in Keap. In the URL, you will see Id=123. The 123 is the order number.
