Getting Started: License Policy
How to know if you are on the right plan
How does the license policy work?
Each plan level allows you to sync a maximum number of sales per year. If you go over the allotment, you are billed per transaction. All users are on metered bill. By default, the rate is .10 an order past your limit. If you had our silver plan at 12,000 sales and you synced 14,000 sales, then you are billed $200 extra. Once you reach $200 over the limit or 30 days, our system bills you.
What counts as an order?
Here are the boundaries:
- Each order that you sync or update to or from QuickBooks
- If you use a summary payout as of 11/1/2024, each order that you summarize. If there are 400 sales in your Amazon payout that you wish to summarize, then 400 syncs are added to your license key.
If I use two way product or inventory syncing, does each sync count towards my yearly limit?
You can sync an unlimited number of products at this time.
