What functionality do you offer?

We allow syncing orders from Veeqo to QuickBooks. For two way syncing, please open a support ticket. Syncing inventory from Veeqo to QuickBooks is on our product roadmap.

How do I pair?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click add new selling channel.
  3. Choose Veeqo.
  4. Obtain a Veeqo API key.
  5. Enter your API key into Connex.
  6. Click submit.

Can I filter sales by status?

In this example, we will pull shipped sales only. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click settings > orders to QuickBooks.
  3. Under the first tab, choose an order status, like shipped.
  4. Click save.

How do the fields map?

Here is a field mapping guide:

Channel Name Not mapped. Can be used in the rules engine.

Delivery Cost Shipping amount
Order Date Order Date
Number Order Number
Status Not mapped. Used to filter sales.
Total Discounts Discount Amount added as a line item.
Product.SKU QuickBooks Item Name or Unique ID. Used to match products between Veeqo and Connex.
Product.Name QuickBooks item description
Product.Quantity Quantity
Product.PricePerUnit UnitPrice
Product.TaxRate Mark as item as taxable in QuickBooks. Tax is mapped as a line item or using a QuickBooks tax code.

Email Customer Email
Phone Customer Phone
Shipment.TrackingNumber Line item description
Shipment.ShipDate Ship Date
Shipment.Cost Can be mapped using rules engine. Maps to a line item, if syncing orders from QuickBooks.
Tax Tax. Mapped as a line item or maps tax/non to other items.
Default Warehouse Not mapped. For QuickBooks Enterprise users, you can map the warehouse to the QuickBooks inventory site field. Used to track where inventory was shipped.
