How do I sync custom fields with Connex and Zoho?
In this example, we will map the order number to a field called Subject2. Here are the steps:
Zoho Books
- In Zoho Books, go the gear box > invoices> field customizations.
- Create a field called Subject2 all one word.
Connex
- In Connex, go to rules and click rules engine.
- Click add new rule.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Select rule with order number and click submit.
- In the title, enter Subject2 Custom Field.
- As the action, choose map custom field.
- In the rules, click add.
- Enter order number, map all and enter Subject2 as the field value.
- In the final field, enter Subject2.
- Click submit.
