      How to sync Connex and Zoho

      How do I pair?

      Make a Connex account and pair a selling channel. On the next step, choose the other tab. Pair Zoho Books.

      What touchpoints do you offer?

      We sync orders and payments from Connex to Zoho. If you need other touch points, please contact us.

      We can sync stock updates from Zoho to 3rd party systems, like a Shopify. Please contact us to help test.

      How do fields map?

      Due Date Based on terms. If you ask Connex to map NET 30, then it's 30 days from the creation date.

      How do I sync custom fields with Connex and Zoho?

      In this example, we will map the order number to a field called Subject2. Here are the steps:

      Zoho Books

      1. In Zoho Books, go the gear box > invoices> field customizations.
      2. Create a field called Subject2 all one word.

      Connex

      1. In Connex, go to rules and click rules engine.
      2. Click add new rule.
      3. Scroll to the bottom.
      4. Select rule with order number and click submit.
      5. In the title, enter Subject2 Custom Field.
      6. As the action, choose map custom field.
      7. In the rules, click add.
      8. Enter order number, map all and enter Subject2 as the field value.
      9. In the final field, enter Subject2.
      10. Click submit.
