Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex for QuickBooks.
  2. On the top, click contact us.
  3. Click submit a ticket.
  4. Review your log. Most problems are solved by viewing the log and clicking the help link on the right.
  5. Scroll down and choose a category. If you want to contact billing, choose billing. Otherwise, choose another category.
  6. Follow the self-help.
  7. Click next if there is no error log
  8. Submit a ticket.
