How to let Connex sync stock changes

How does it work?

As Connex syncs orders from your selling channel, Connex updates products. When Connex runs the inventory sync from Connex to your selling channel, Connex pulls updated products and updates your selling channels.

When you update products in QuickBooks, like adding stock, Connex will sync those changes back to Connex:

How does Connex match products?

Connex matches the Connex product SKU to y0ur selling channel SKU field. If Connex finds no match, then Connex will make no update.

Where does Connex log activity?

Connex keeps an audit log of what products have synced from Connex and their stock quantities. To check the log, go to https://inventory.connexecommerce.com/sync-activity.

How do I turn the sync on and off?

Here are the steps:

  1. On the top right menu, click your name.
  2. Click sync activity.
  3. Click scheduled tasks.
  4. Next to ProductsFromConnex, click edit.
  5. Mark the task as inactive.

How do I run a manual sync of inventory?

Here are the steps:

  1. On the top right of Connex, click connections.
  2. Select your connection.
  3. Click product setting.
  4. Next to last product download, select the dates.
  5. Click save.
