      Price Changes for 2025

      Updates to our pricing for 2025

      These changes will take affect April 1st.

      March 2025 - Bronze Plan

      New smaller plan.

      1. All plans include ShipStation and HubSpot.
      2. Bronze plan 4,000 sales $239 / 2388 per year. Two way sync of orders and inventory.
      3. Existing Connex customers can downgrade to bronze for $119 / $1188 per year. This includes ones who cancelled.
      4. .10 an sync over the 4,000 orders.

      March 2025 - Silver Plan

      1. Legacy plan no longer offered to customers. Replaced by the bronze plan.

      April 1 - All Platinum Subscribers

      1. Monthly plan will increase from $479 a month to $599 a month starting February 1st or your next billing cycle.
      2. Annual plan will increase from $4788 to $5988 a year on your next billing cycle.
      3. You will receive our analytics tool free or charge for 90 days. Please sign up for a trial and open a ticket, requesting a 90 day trial.
      4. We will offer upgrades to legacy pricing until April 1st of $4788 per year.

      February All Users - Number of Connections

      1. We will reach out to customers who need to purchase an additional selling channel. This will not be done automatically.
      2. If you have two connections on our dashboard, then you must use the gold plan. If you use three connections, then you must use our platinum plan. If you no longer need a selling channel, please delete it. Here is an example of four connections: If you have more than three connections, the price is $120 per month per connection. If you have more than 5 connections, please contact us.

      April All Users - Amazon Settlement Summary Sale from Payout and Shopify Summary Sale

      1. If you are not already, upgrade to our platinum plan. This will give you up to 36,000 sales to sync per year.
      2. Each order that you summarize will count towards your yearly allotment. If you have 800 sales on the Amazon payout, then you are billed for 800 sales. Currently, you are billed for one summary sale that syncs to QuickBooks.
      3. Each additional sale over your allotment is .10 an order. If you have a volume higher than 36,000 sales per year and you want to buy orders in bulk, please contact us for special pricing.
