Shopify Graph QL Updates
How to prepare for our GraphQL updates
In 2025, Shopify is asking all app developers to make major updates to their software. We will be making the update in the last week of January of 2025. You will need to re-authorize Connex to sync with your Shopify for certain use cases.

Shopify Pairing
Connex will need new permissions to sync stock levels. Please follow the steps from the video and reauthenticate by April 1, 2025 to avoid service disruptions.
Shopify Deposit Match or Shopify Summary Sale
Connex needs new permissions to access your Shopify payouts. To gain access, follow these steps:
- Log into your Shopify.
- Go to settings.
- Next to apps and sales channels, click uninstall next to Connex:
- Log into Connex for QuickBooks.
- Click settings.
- Click update login.
- Click the link.
- You will be asked to reauthorize Connex. Click OK.
- You will be redirected back to Connex. Run a manual sync.
