What is your data retention policy?
What data we hold and how we hold it
Do you delete my account and selling channel pairing?
Unless asked, we delete no account or selling channel information. We mark accounts as inactive.
Is my data secure?
We have a firewall around our database, so only our developers can access your data. Our software has yearly security reviews through Cigital to ensure Connex is compliant. Connex has been reviewed yearly, since 2013.
What is your Connex for QuickBooks data retention policy?
Our software moves order information between your selling channels and QuickBooks. Our software stores no orders. We store these pieces of information:
- Your contact information: email, phone, name and job title.
- Your selling channel access token or credentials.
- Your sync activity log, which stores order numbers, dates and customer names. This log is cleared after seven days.
- Your rules to map fields.
What is your Connex Ecommerce Data Retention Policy?
Our software stores orders from your selling channel into our database. We store the customer name, but no other contact information about each order. We store these other fields:
- Order date
- Order number
- Customer name
- Products ordered: SKU, item name, quantity, price
- Product quantity on hand, pictures
If you cancel your account, we will delete order information after sixty days or sooner if requested.
