What types of inventory changes do you support?

A list of updates in QuickBooks you can perform

I am syncing inventory changes by QuickBooks Enterprise inventory site. What changes are supported?

Here are the changes:

  1. Create an items receipt, invoice or sales receipt. Complete the inventory site field. 
  2. Create an inventory adjustment. Enter an inventory site.

What updates do you support?

Here are the list of updates:

Change item price or any field

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to lists > item list.
  2. Double click a product.
  3. Change any of the fields.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Run the web connector.

Create sale

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to customers > customer center.
  2. Create a new sales receipt or invoice.
  3. Add the items to the invoice with a quantity greater than 1.
  4. Save the transaction
  5. Run the web connector.

Create inventory adjustment

Here are the steps:

  1. In QuickBooks, go to inventory > adjust quantity / value on hand.
  2. Enter the item.
  3. Click save.
  4. Verify that the item's stock level has changed.
  5. Run your web connector.

Create bill

Here are the steps:

  1. In QuickBooks, go to vendors > vendor center.
  2. Create a bill.
  3. Enter the item.
  4. Click save.
  5. Verify that the item's stock level has changed.
  6. Run your web connector.
