You have a rule called that maps the product to QuickBooks, but the product that you mapped is incorrect.

If you write a product mapping rule and the rule is incorrect, orders can fail to sync.

Problem

You cannot sync sales to QuickBooks.

Description

You have products that are missing from QuickBooks. You created some rules to fix these mappings. Now, these rules are incorrect. 

Solution

Delete the rules

After syncing, you get this error:

You have a rule called CHAIN-KBW-G* CHAIN-KBW-G that maps the product to QuickBooks, but the product that you mapped is incorrect.

  1. Go the rules engine. 
  2. In search, enter CHAIN-KBW-G*.
  3. Delete the rule:
  4. Resync your sale.
  5. Likely, you will receive an error that the product is mismatched.
  6. On the top menu, click products.
  7. Fix the mismatch.
  8. Resync your sales.
