How do I buy Connex Ecommerce Analytics as a reseller?
Direct sales or reseller models available
My company has built an integration. How do I buy Connex for my clients?
There are two ways:
- Direct referral: Our sales team will talk to your customer. Your customer will pay for Connex directly. Your customer is billed through us for Connex and billed through you for your product. If there are billing or technical issues, then our team will handle it.
- Reseller: Your business purchases licenses from Connex. You and your team are responsible for onboarding, installation and level one technical support. All sales and support issues go through your company. We have no direct relationship with your customer.
How do resellers buy from us?
Tech partners can either refer leads for direct sales or buy Connex on their customers behalf. The reseller is responsible for all billing. Here is how it works:

Tech partners have a special ordering form where they buy and sign up users without talking to sales. For the first purchase, we will send you a link to buy a license of Connex. Only use the link for your first purchase.

After purchasing, the link will create an account in Stripe. When you buy future licenses, use our order form to update your account. In the form, enter your customer's name, email and your customer Id. You will obtain the customer ID, after we set up your billing on Stripe.
