How do I enable advanced logging for QuickBooks Enterprise?
Enable advanced logging, so we can further troubleshoot an error
For some error codes, we need to pull an advanced log. This log will show us what data was sent exactly to your QuickBooks. Here are the steps to enable debug mode:
- In QuickBooks, delete the order that synced.
- In Connex, go to settings > orders to QuickBooks > advanced > database setting and enable debug mode:
- Click submit.
- Click dashboard.
- Click manual sync.
- Enter the order number.
- Click submit.
- Run your web connector.
- Under sync activity > messages, you will see XML code. This means the sync ran successfully and the data was recorded.
- Respond to your support ticket.
