What onboarding support do you offer?
A list of guidelines on onboardings
The first step is to complete the onboarding questionnaire.
This questionnaire helps us prepare your onboarding and ensure your workflows are set up correctly from day one.
Your initial onboarding session is designed to deliver a working proof of concept by setting up one selling channel and demonstrating a clean, accurate sync between your systems.
For more complex workflows — including multiple channels, advanced rules, or custom logic — additional onboarding sessions can be used to expand and fully automate your operations.
We’ll use your answers to:
- Map your order, inventory, and accounting workflows
- Identify edge cases and exceptions
- Prepare your system before your onboarding session
The form takes ~5–10 minutes
To ensure success, you must follow these steps:
- Make sure you meet system prerequisites: Read this guide for QuickBooks Online and this guide for QuickBooks Enterprise. If you have another system, please let us know.
- Prior to call, pair your selling channel(s): On Connex for QuickBooks, click add selling channel. Follow the on-screen instructions. Be sure to have your admin credentials handy.
- Prior to call, Pair your accounting system or ERP: Follow the install steps on our wizard. Have your admin login to your accounting system or ERP ready.
- Complete our install wizard: Answer the questions from our wizard. Our team can assist with settings, rules and testing, once everything is paired.
On the onboarding call, how do I ensure success?
Here are the steps to success:
- Gather all your stakeholders in accounting and IT before scheduling the meeting.
- Make sure you have all admin passwords to your accounting or ERP system and selling channels.
- Ensure your computer can use Microsoft Teams and you have a microphone.
