What onboarding support do you offer?

A list of guidelines on trial support


We offer two ways to set-up Connex. A paid onboarding or a free trial that is self guided and includes email support only. 

How do I know if I need a paid onboarding?

Here are our recommendations:

  1. You read our getting started guides and you are unable to perform or understand the steps.
  2. You do not have the time to set-up Connex and you want someone to assist with set-up.
  3. You have a complicated set-up. Our knowledge base and demos are unable to answer your questions. 

What are the limits of the paid onboarding?

Users must become paid subscribers. Connex users must pair QuickBooks and their selling channel. Our team will assist with training, settings, rules, and testing.

I want the paid onboarding. What are the next steps?

Do you offer a higher tier of support?

We have managed service packages that can assist with this it can be a per hour fee or a multiple hour package. Our sales staff will be able to get you a quote based on your needs.
