Introduction

We charge an onboarding fee to assist with product setup. This will discuss the process.

How do I ensure success?

Wait for the meeting before trying to set-up Connex yourself. Gather all your stakeholders in accounting and IT before scheduling the meeting. Make sure you have all admin passwords to QuickBooks and selling channels. We have consultants in accounting and IT services for hire, if you need help. Ensure your computer can use Microsoft Teams and you have a microphone. What if I do not meet prerequisites?

We will wait for you to complete prerequisites before performing set-up assistance. Making sure that Sku's match from your ecommerce channels to QuickBooks. Knowing your chart of accounts, How your customers should match and what transaction types you would like to see in QuickBooks are things we need to know before your install.

What is the first step?

You will receive an email with a link to schedule a time using Microsoft Teams. We will have a preliminary call for 30 minutes to discuss your business requirements and prerequisites. We will discuss best practices and the recommended set-up. Once the call is complete, we will schedule a second call to assist with product set-up.

What parts of Connex do you set up for me?

During our call, we will discuss how to pair QuickBooks and the selling channel. Usually, pairing requires logging into QuickBooks and your selling channel as admin single user mode. Once you have paired, we will assist with settings and rules.

When does my trial start?

The trial starts the day of the second call.

What if I need more onboarding time or custom development?
